Manage media permission or ask us about your personal information.

We use your account, application, contact details, uploaded images and participation records to manage applications and exhibitions. Relevant organizers and configured service providers help deliver these services. For Summit ticket applications, organizers review age, gender, Minipreneur and event participation, school or university, and—where applicable—relationship, profession and organization. If approved, we use buyer contact details, attendee names and age categories, ticket records and entry/exit logs to deliver tickets and manage admission. Card details are handled by Stripe. Media permission is separate and can be withdrawn here.
